The chapter reviews EU budgetary and policy documents, financial commitment data, reports and secondary literature, and also applies a simplified PESTLE perspective to the business environment. The assistance combines emergency stabilisation with long-term reconstruction and accession-oriented reform. Key instruments include macrofinancial assistance, the Ukraine Facility, humanitarian packages, military support, Solidarity Lanes, SME and innovation measures, and temporary protection for displaced Ukrainians. The EU mobilised more than EUR 84 billion for Ukraine’s economy, emergency needs and early recovery, alongside substantial refugee support within Member States. The chapter presents the Union as both crisis manager and transformative partner, helping preserve sovereignty while preparing deeper European integration. a9788382113099
